This circuit breaker is an integrated outdoor intelligent power distribution device, which is mainly divided into three parts:
Circuit breaker body: This is the core of the equipment. The conductive circuit is precisely connected to the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber through components such as incoming and outgoing conductive poles, conductive clamps, etc., to achieve the on/off of current. In terms of insulation and sealing, the design is exquisite: the conductive rod is made of epoxy resin and other materials cast as a whole to ensure excellent external insulation performance; At the same time, the shell adopts mature sealing technology and sealing components such as "O" rings to ensure good overall airtightness.
Operating mechanism: The mechanism has comprehensive functions, supporting electric energy storage and opening/closing, while also retaining the emergency function of manual operation. It integrates multiple components such as closing springs, energy storage systems, release devices, opening and closing coils, and auxiliary switches, and is the "control center" that drives the accurate operation of the circuit breaker.
Complete set composition: The entire set of boundary vacuum circuit breakers is not a single device, but a system. It is mainly composed of ZW20A-12 vacuum circuit breaker, matched with FDR-02 or CH-40 intelligent controller for logical judgment, and supplemented with voltage transformer (JDZW-10) to provide signals, forming a complete maintenance free solution.
The core value of this device lies in its intelligent and automated fault handling capabilities, which mainly achieve three major functions:
Automatic isolation of phase to phase short circuit: When a phase to phase short circuit occurs in the user branch line, it can quickly trip before the protection action of the higher-level substation and maintain a locked state, strictly limiting the fault to the user side and preventing it from affecting the main power grid and other users.
Automatic removal of single-phase grounding fault: For single-phase grounding faults that occur on the user side, it can also take the initiative to automatically disconnect and remove the fault. This process is very rapid, making it almost imperceptible to the higher-level substation and other users on the same line, greatly improving power supply reliability and user experience.
Quickly locate the fault point: After taking action, it can actively report fault information. Maintenance personnel can use specialized equipment (such as handheld computers) to quickly read data on-site, accurately locate the cause of faults and responsible users, thereby significantly reducing the time for troubleshooting and restoring power supply.
