Under normal operation, the breaker’s main contacts remain closed, allowing uninterrupted current flow. During overload or short-circuit events, the thermal or magnetic trip mechanism activates. The spring mechanism ensures rapid contact separation, generating a controlled electric arc. This arc is immediately directed into the vacuum interrupter, where it is cooled, divided, and extinguished. This process isolates the faulty section, protects downstream equipment, and prevents damage to the overall system. The result is fast fault clearance, safe operation, and minimal maintenance requirements.

Raw material quality:

①The internal circuit of the institution has undergone 24-hour aging testing, and the circuit board components are equipped with rectifier bridges. The material of the vacuum tube has undergone a series of tests, including vacuum degree testing, dust-proof workshop, pressure resistance testing, increased air pressure testing for ceramic leakage, long-term storage in tanks, and constant temperature and humidity storage.

② The weight of the insulation cylinder is 4.8kg, and the material is heat-resistant and flame-retardant

③ Soft connection (630A5 thick (strong current carrying capacity), electroplated (low circuit resistance) silver copper, 1250A6 pieces. )Different from other manufacturers using thin, non electroplated silver plating

④ Contact made of purple copper and silver plated material, with better conductivity

⑤ Chassis car (handcart type) made of copper silver plated material, more durable and more sensitive

⑥ The shell frame is made of high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant materials

⑦ The vacuum tube adopts a ceramic shell, which has better insulation performance,it is big tube

⑧The soft connection adopts thick material silver electroplating, which is different from other manufacturers' thin electroplating. It has stronger current carrying capacity and lower circuit resistance
