The working principle of the ADH300DE DC contactor is based on electromagnetic effects. When the rated voltage (10-36V DC) is applied to the coil (terminals A1/A2), the coil generates electromagnetic force, which drives the internal
moving iron core to engage with the stationary iron core, thereby driving the main contact (1NO normally open contact) to close and connect the main circuit. When the coil loses power, the electromagnetic force disappears. Under the
action of the reaction spring (or permanent magnetic force), the moving iron core returns, and the main contact quickly disconnects, cutting off the circuit. The built-in inert gas (mainly nitrogen) can quickly cool and extinguish the arc
when the contact is disconnected, protecting the contact. Some models (such as coil types E, W, D) also have built-in energy-saving circuits to reduce the power consumption of the coil after being pulled in.
