Product Overview
ZGS12 American Type Pad-Mounted Transformer is an integrated outdoor prefabricated power distribution equipment independently developed by Mingtuo Electric. It integrates high-voltage load switch, dual-sensitivity plug-in fuses, oil-immersed transformer and low-voltage outgoing cabinet into one shared sealed oil tank, adopting fully sealed & fully insulated oil-immersed design.
It supports both ring network and terminal single power supply modes, widely applied in urban power grid renovation, residential communities, commercial plazas, distributed photovoltaic power stations, industrial parks and temporary construction power supply projects.

Ultra-Compact Integrated Single-Tank Structure
All high-voltage protection components and transformer body share one sealed oil tank. The overall volume is only 1/3~1/5 of European box substation with the same capacity, greatly reducing land occupation and civil construction cost. Integrated single-box design simplifies sea & land transportation and on-site foundation placement.
Full Insulation & Touch-Safe High Safety
High-voltage incoming lines adopt fully insulated elbow cable connectors; cable fitting outer surface is zero electrification and touchable for safe operation. Dual-sensitivity plug-in fuse + current-limiting backup fuse realize dual overcurrent & overload protection, avoiding equipment burnout. Three-point grounding design eliminates exposed live parts to prevent electric shock accidents.
Low Maintenance & Long Service Life
Fully sealed oil tank isolates insulating oil from air, slowing oil aging for long-term maintenance-free running. Standard plug-in fuse & cable terminals allow fast replacement of damaged components without complex disassembly. Cold-rolled steel enclosure with anti-corrosion outdoor electrostatic coating adapts to rain, dust, high-humidity outdoor environments.
Flexible Customized Low-Voltage Compartment
Supports ring main network & terminal single power supply wiring schemes, realizing seamless power switching to improve power supply reliability. The low-voltage compartment reserves abundant installation rails for MCCB, multi-function power meters, ATS automatic transfer switch and reactive power compensation modules, fully customizable according to user load requirements.
Low-Loss Transformer Core
Built-in oil-immersed transformer adopts step-lap silicon steel sheet core, featuring low no-load loss, low running noise and strong short-circuit & overload resistance. It allows long-time overload operation without shortening service life, stable for continuous heavy-load industrial scenarios.
Internal Structure
High-Voltage Compartment (Left Side) Equipped with load switch, dual-sensitivity plug-in fuse, elbow cable connectors and oil-immersed lightning arrester. All high-voltage live components are immersed in transformer insulating oil, fully sealed and insulated; reserved operation windows for fuse replacement and routine inspection.
Transformer Main Tank (Middle Core Area) Three-phase oil-immersed transformer core and winding, shared oil tank with high-voltage components. Three-sided exposed radiator structure for efficient heat dissipation, equipped with oil level indicator, pressure relief valve and oil drain valve for easy monitoring and maintenance.
Low-Voltage Outgoing Compartment (Right Side) Independent steel partition separated from transformer tank. Reserved mounting rails for molded case circuit breakers, multi-function power meters, terminal blocks and reactive power compensation devices. RS485 communication reserved for intelligent power monitoring system docking.
External Enclosure Integrated one-piece cold-rolled steel sheet cabinet with inclined top for rainwater drainage. Anti-rust electrostatic outdoor spraying, multiple lockable cabinet doors for classified maintenance of each compartment.
