1. Surge Protective Devices (SPDs) specifically designed for new energy systems

This product is a surge protection device designed specifically for the DC side of new energy wind and solar power generation systems.

Core feature: Adopting plug-in modular design, supporting 500V/800V/1000V working voltage and 40kA current capacity, it can effectively protect the DC circuit from the impact caused by indirect lightning strikes, direct lightning strikes, or other transient overvoltages. The product has a dual hot melt overcurrent protection mechanism and displays the operating status through a visual status window (green normal/red fault).

Intelligent operation and maintenance: Provides remote communication interfaces, supports remote transmission of fault alarm signals, and can be connected to monitoring systems to achieve intelligent operation and maintenance.

Application scenarios: Mainly used in the DC circuit main power supply end of new energy generation systems such as photovoltaic array DC side, inverter front-end, and wind turbine inverter DC bus. It is also suitable for DC circuit scenarios that require lightning protection, such as energy storage systems and charging pile DC modules.

Working principle: When a transient high amplitude surge occurs on the line due to lightning strikes or overvoltage operations, its internal nonlinear components (such as varistors or gas discharge tubes) can quickly respond within nanoseconds, transition from a high resistance state to a low resistance state, clamp the overvoltage within a safe range, and discharge the surge current to the ground, thereby protecting the insulation of the backend equipment from damage.

2. High performance miniature circuit breaker (MCB 1P 63-125A)

This miniature circuit breaker is like a loyal guardian of electrical systems, providing protection for every circuit from homes to factories with its precise mechanical structure and reliable arc extinguishing technology.

Core function: With excellent breaking ability and precise protection features, it can quickly act in the event of overload or short circuit faults, effectively isolating danger. Its modular design supports flexible expansion into intelligent protection modules that integrate functions such as leakage, undervoltage, and remote control.

Working principle: When overload occurs, the bimetallic strip bends and deforms due to heat, pushing the mechanical lock release operating mechanism to separate the contacts and cut off the circuit; When a short circuit occurs, the instantaneous increase in current causes the release coil to generate electromagnetic attraction, driving the iron core and other components to collide with the release rod, causing the locking mechanism to release and quickly disconnect the circuit.
